All new students are welcome to participate in free trial classes before committing to a full session of training. This helps us make sure that the class is a good fit for you and your family before making a financial commitment.

To get started, complete the waiver. Then, book the class that is appropriate for your age and experience level.

For your free trial class, wear comfortable athletic clothing and bare feet.  Bring a bottle of water.  Please review the Covid Policy before you come to your first class.
